Job summary

McFadyen Digital, based in Vienna, Virginia, seeks a hands-on VP of Accounting to own financial operations for a multi-entity professional services firm with global reach. You will serve as the primary finance contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GAAP and IFRS accounting leadership.
• 10+ years in accounting or financial leadership.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency international accounting operations including transfer pricing.
• Professional services or technology services industry experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting operations globally across US, India, and Brazil, including monthly close and intercompany consolidations.
• Oversee cash management, AR/AP, payroll, and KPI reporting.
• Lead external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and lenders; manage contracts and banking relationships.
• Lead and develop accounting, finance, HR, recruiting, and IT teams across US, India, and Brazil.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and drive organizational vision and strategy.
