Job summary

Frontline Performance Group is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its global, multi-entity accounting operations. You will drive accurate financial reporting, ensure robust controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale a growing SaaS/ professional services business.

You will manage the month-end close, oversee treasury, and guide automation initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero. CPA preferred; strong leadership and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience across the function.
• Experience in a multi-entity, globally distributed environment.
• Hands-on leadership experience with closing processes and compliance.
• Experience with SaaS or professional services environments is a plus.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, multi-entity accounting operations and close processes.
• Own financial and management reporting, including revenue and cash flow.
• Guide technical accounting and ASC 606 implementation and compliance.
• Oversee cash forecasting, treasury functions, and banking activities.
• Develop accounting staff and drive process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate external audits and cross-functional finance initiatives.
