Ensono, a leading technology advisory and managed services provider, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee global consolidation, close processes, and financial reporting under US GAAP. This role partners with regional teams and requires strong accounting systems aptitude in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Based in Downers Grove, IL, this hybrid position expects weekly in-office presence and offers a path to senior leadership within the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience with close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global monthly close and consolidation processes.
• Oversee financial statements preparation and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Partner with global accounting teams across regions.
• Develop and coach members of the accounting team.
• Maintain audit readiness and liaison with external auditors.
