Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking a senior accounting leader to drive global accounting strategy, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team integrated into the LVMH ecosystem.

The role requires extensive retail industry experience, exceptional business acumen, and strong leadership. French language is preferred, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across global finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as an accounting leader in dynamic organizations.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including influence, coaching and collaboration.
• Proficiency in French (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over global accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, payroll and system for the Company.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead necessary systems, policies, internal controls and processes to support the business and implement new accounting standards.
• Act as the key stakeholder of the integration of the accounting function into the LVMH ecosystem.
• Develop and manage accounting team, ensuring guidance and support; foster collaboration with global finance peers.
