Job summary

Inside LVMH is seeking a supply chain transformation leader to support planning, execution and assessment of initiatives across the organization. You will develop, monitor, and evaluate systems and processes and serve as a key business partner within the Anaplan Center of Excellence.

The role ensures project execution with cross-functional teams, reports progress to stakeholders, and applies change management to drive adoption. Anaplan and Power BI data analytics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Consultative skills, such as workshop facilitation and business case development.
• Strong negotiation skills within a matrix organization.
• Independent, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Power BI or Data Science experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines the short- and long-term objectives for process and technology solutions supporting the end-to-end supply chain.
• Leads multiple projects from business case development to final product delivery.
• Leads cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
• Collaborates with IT, Supply Chain Planning, Product Marketing, Industrial Planning, Manufacturing, Global Trade & Logistics, Finance, etc.
• Works with sponsors and owners to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans.
• Monitors risks and prioritizes risk mitigating actions with project owners.
• Ensures reporting cadence and communication needs are met.
• Applies change management and adoption strategies for each project.
• Provide business leadership within the Anaplan CoE and resolve business issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation and train internal users.
