Job summary

LVMH Group is seeking a senior accounting leader to drive global accounting strategy, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team integrated into the LVMH ecosystem.

The role requires extensive retail industry experience, exceptional business acumen, and strong leadership. French language is preferred, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across global finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as an accounting leader in dynamic organizations.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Job description

Key Accountabilities

• Provide strategic leadership over global accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, sales audit, payroll and system for the Company.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead necessary systems, policies, internal controls and processes to support the business. Responsible for implementation of new accounting standards and review and remediation as required for application of existing requirements. Ensure accounting issues management and resolution working across different businesses and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the key stakeholder of the integration of the accounting function into the LVMH ecosystem both in terms of Accounting Principles and Reporting System.
• Ensure that proper organizational structure is in place to meet assigned responsibilities & deliverables in this area.
  • Develop and manage accounting team ensuring that proper guidance and support is provided.
  • Foster collaboration with peers in global finance and any other intimately linked cross‑functional departments.

Required Qualifications

• 15 plus years of experience as an accounting leader and business partner in complex and dynamic organizations and environment.
• Experience in the retail industry.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $275,000–$350,000. Management also eligible for bonus. The salary offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
