Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an accomplished Corporate Controller to lead international consolidation, financial reporting, and internal controls for 10 subsidiaries.

You will drive intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign currency translations, while guiding the NetSuite ERP implementation and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. A strategic partner to the CFO, you will mentor a team and align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years as Corporate Controller.
• Global experience with multi-entity international consolidations.
• Manufacturing, inventory, and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Mid-market, closely held business experience preferred.
• NetSuite ERP implementation experience is a plus.
• CPA or CMA designation highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• US GAAP knowledge; IFRS familiarity a plus.
• Proficient with ERP systems and consolidation software.
• Ability to translate accounting data into business insights.
• Executive presence and strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for 10 international subsidiaries.
• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign currency translations/revaluations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and deliver consolidated financial statements.
• Lead financial elements of NetSuite ERP implementation.
• Coordinate annual financial reviews with external CPA firm; audits may occur in the future.
• Partner with external tax advisors for global VAT/GST and local taxes.
