Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Senior Director, Global Controller to lead and evolve the company’s global accounting, financial reporting, and controllership function. This hands‑on leadership role reports to the CFO and covers the US, UK, Canada and other delivery locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Harbor’s financial results worldwide.

Qualifications

Significant accounting, financial reporting, and controllership experience in a global, multi‑entity organization.
Experience leading financial reporting, close governance, audit, reconciliations, accounting policy, controls, and operations.
Professional accounting qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead Harbor’s global accounting, financial reporting, and controllership across regions and entities.
Oversee global close governance, including calendars, deliverables, reconciliations, reviews, and issue resolution.
Maintain and evolve accounting policies, reporting practices, and documentation for consistency.
Provide guidance on complex accounting matters including revenue, accruals, leases, intercompany, and acquisitions.
Strengthen scalable controls and support audit readiness with external auditors and advisors.
Lead process improvements and ERP optimization to enable scalable reporting across geographies.
