Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent required.
• 15-20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 8 years in leadership or senior management in global finance and accounting roles.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma services/biopharma preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and internal controls expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead US accounting team (~20 reports) and collaborate with global finance heads.
• Oversee monthly/annual close, internal/external reporting, and audits.
• Ensure tax compliance and global tax strategies, including transfer pricing.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable financial workflows.
• Support PE sponsor reporting and exit-readiness initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison with auditors and senior stakeholders.
