Job summary

Korn Ferry client seeks a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead global financial reporting, consolidation and controllership for a multinational portfolio. You will partner with CAO, oversee complex accounting judgments, and drive end-to-end processes across geographies and entities.

Responsibilities include close management, statutory reporting, capital project accounting, and mechanisms for COE leadership and talent development in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership in a multinational
• US CPA required; Big Four experience preferred at Senior Manager level
• Strong GAAP knowledge with ASC 710/718 familiarity
• SOX and ICFR design/compliance experience in a large public company
• Statutory audit/reporting across multiple jurisdictions; cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP and SOX.
• Manage GAAP consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation and roll-forwards.
• Lead legal entity accounting and standalone audits across US and international entities.
• Determine accounting treatment for capital projects and internal software capitalization.
• Lead lease accounting under ASC 842 and oversight of equity-based compensation controls.
• Drive standardization and automation across a multi-ERP environment.
• Develop and retain accounting professionals across geographies.
