Job summary

Founders Pledge is seeking a Contributions Manager to build and enhance our contributions infrastructure. The successful candidate will operationalize international funding flows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position is hybrid, with options to work remotely and require at least one day per week in the office. You will coordinate with industry partners and have direct contact with professional advisors to manage complex asset donations effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial operations, gift processing, or similar role.
• Understanding of the US charitable landscape.
• Experience with DAFs and non-cash asset transfers.

Responsibilities

• Build global contribution pathways for international flows.
• Manage diverse asset intake, from cash to complex assets.
• Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for contributions.
