Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a Contracts Manager for Global Templates to own, govern, and improve a multi-jurisdictional template library. You will coordinate drafting with attorneys, manage translations, and implement changes across CLM, e-signature platforms, and public-facing pages.

You will act as the primary liaison between Legal and Sales, Marketing, and IT, ensuring timely rollouts, sound approvals, and clear rollback plans. Strong drafting and project management skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in contracts management, template management, or legal operations.
• 3+ years in contract administration, global template management, contract negotiation or drafting.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters, templates, and stakeholders in a high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms, and AI-assisted drafting/review tools.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness with experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with version control, documentation, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the global template library as system of record, tracking all templates and translations.
• Triage change requests from Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Drive concept-level approvals with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and regional leaders.
• Maintain full version control and audit trail for every template.
