Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking a procurement leader to drive strategy and execution in the North Denver area. You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate terms, and manage risk across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, deep experience with procurement tools, and a drive to optimize supplier performance while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with a history of closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills for strategic, financial, and business terms
• Understanding of contract structures and commercial mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with technology, information security, and SaaS procurement is a plus.
• Experience with third-party risk management and financial services regulations is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with procurement and contract management tools is advantageous.
• Preferred college degree in business or accounting.
