The role emphasizes leading strategic initiatives, process improvements, and digital transformation to strengthen contracting capabilities while maintaining supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; JD/MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in supplier contracting, contract management, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in supplier contracting, contract lifecycle management, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen balancing legal, operational, financial, and business considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Contracts team; translate procurement strategies into effective supplier agreements and governance.
• Refine strategy, operating model, and priorities for HP's global Contracts function.
• Lead resolution of complex contractual negotiations, disputes, and escalations with significant risk.
• Ensure disciplined execution of contracting strategies and management of obligations.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to resolve complex issues.
• Strengthen contracting capabilities across Procurement through standards, processes, and digital tools.
• Lead planning, talent development, and capability building for a high-performing global team.
