Job summary

IDEMIA seeks an experienced Operations Contract Manager to strengthen contract management and governance across our North America and Latin America Payment Services Unit. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and senior leadership to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from readiness to post-signature governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management or related roles.
• Experience supporting complex commercial agreements in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, governance, and post-signature administration.
• Experience with pricing, commercial governance and revenue concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and contract management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Govern strategic and high-risk contracts through the lifecycle.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, risks, and governance activities to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate complex change requests with stakeholder alignment and approvals.
• Support amendments, renewals, close-out activities, and lessons learned reviews.
• Provide visibility into contractual commitments, billing reconciliation, and performance metrics.
