Job summary

Celestica International LP is seeking an execution-focused Customer Program Management Consultant to support JDM contract programs. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, establish governance, manage approvals, and act as a key advocate for customer satisfaction.

The role requires advanced skills in applying cross-functional solutions to complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering on revenue and profit plans for large accounts. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred to support governance requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex contracts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle and governance for JDM programs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with sales, finance, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and milestones.
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with customer needs.
• Support pricing/bid preparation and contract development/mgt.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance and evidence readiness.
• Provide data-driven performance reporting for reviews and governance.
