• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with complex financial data and systems.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Envision, or similar financial/procurement systems is a plus.
• Experience working with global teams or international business units is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process POs across US, EMEA, APAC, and Seeds units.
• Manage invoices, including NOPO requests, memberships, and sponsorship payments.
• Respond to vendor payment questions, advance-payment requests, and Ariba-related inquiries.
• Perform monthly and quarterly accruals.
• Investigate payment issues and reallocate payments.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support integration of global regulatory spending into centralized systems such as Envision.
• Initiate and process new vendor requests per policy.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure accurate vendor information and timely onboarding.
• Help maintain compliance and accuracy throughout the vendor lifecycle.
