This hybrid role offers hands-on experience with Coupa and IronClad, collaboration with leadership, vendor management, and procurement teams across the organization, while driving data quality and documentation improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience with contract management or document management systems.
• Exposure to Coupa, IronClad, Ariba or similar systems preferred.
• Excel basics to intermediate for data manipulation and cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor and contract information across multiple systems.
• Review, organize, tag, and manage contract documentation.
• Support the migration of contract and vendor records into new business applications.
• Track and report on data quality and record management activities
• Research, reconcile, and update historical contract and vendor information.
• Partner with procurement, vendor management, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
