Job summary

PIMCO seeks a highly experienced Global Program Manager to lead the firm's contingent workforce globally. This role is the end-to-end owner for engagement, governance, supplier management, operational execution, compliance, and technology enablement.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, and business leaders to ensure compliant, efficient engagements across jurisdictions while delivering a scalable program that enhances governance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related fields.
• Global experience managing contingent workforce programs.
• Strong contract governance and risk management expertise.
• Experience with co-employment risk and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global process owner for contingent workforce program.
• Oversee end-to-end engagements: intake, interview coord., approvals, contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
• Develop a globally consistent operating model and drive process improvements.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts across jurisdictions.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, with governance discipline.
