Qualifications

• Knowledge of audiovisual localization workflows including dubbing, subtitling, and QA.
• Experience managing localization vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and delivery workflow skills.
• Familiarity with media formats, file-based workflows, and QA standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end localization operations for Disney Entertainment's YouTube content.
• Manage localization schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines across multiple productions.
• Coordinate dubbing, subtitling, metadata localization, and asset delivery.
• Oversee vendor bids, contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Mentor team members and drive workflow automation initiatives.
