Job summary

Disney Entertainment seeks a Manager, YouTube Localization to lead end-to-end localization workflows for its global YouTube portfolio. You will own asset intake, localization, QC, reviewer sign-off, and delivery, partnering with Mastering to ensure technical readiness for distribution across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audiovisual localization or digital media operations.
• Experience managing localization vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of dubbing, subtitling, metadata localization.
• Familiarity with MAM/DAM and asset management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP/Agile a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end localization workflows for YouTube content.
• Coordinate localization schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure assets meet technical specs and QA standards.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to deliver on time.
• Maintain asset repositories and metadata.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
