Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager, YouTube Localization to lead end-to-end localization workflows for Disney's global YouTube content. You will manage localization schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent productions, coordinating dubbing, subtitling, and metadata with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

Experience managing audiovisual localization workflows.
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and delivery workflows.
Proven vendor management with bids, SLAs, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end localization operations across YouTube content.
Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate dubbing, subtitling, metadata, and packaging for delivery.
Route assets through internal review workflows with stakeholder feedback.
Lead vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance and performance.
