Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience across complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with construction management, project management, systems administration, or enterprise product management.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of a software launch including configuration, user management, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication with users, technical teams, and management to describe product features and designs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of third‑party construction management software for global users.
• Act as SME on capabilities of the construction management software.
• Work with global teams to implement system improvements and processes.
• Use metrics to identify pinch points and implement efficiency solutions.
• Coordinate with vendor to manage performance, issues, and enhancements.
• Scope and drive feature enhancements and improvements.
• Own ongoing system implementation and functionality contact point.
• Develop and report system policies and compliance.
• Create scalable cross‑company technical solutions for complex problems.
• Guide teams and processes toward goals and document best practices.
