This is an inclusive, high-ownership culture where bold ideas are welcomed, and you're empowered to drive them to completion.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join the Global Program Systems team, driving the configuration, deployment, and optimization of a cloud-based construction management platform used by global data center construction teams. You will serve as one of the subject matter experts (SME) and key contributor on system capabilities, owning the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch optimization. This role demands hands‑on system configuration, cross‑functional coordination, and direct user enablement to deliver measurable value to internal AWS teams and external vendor partners worldwide. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑obsessed, and thrives working independently to prioritize, scope, and execute deliverables on a global scale. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements, feature rollouts, and system functionality that directly impacts construction delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving structure without constraining business objectives. You must demonstrate the ability to influence without authority across subject matter experts spanning broad.

This is a high-ownership role where you will shape how a global user base interacts with critical construction management tools — influencing both system strategy and day‑to‑day operations. We're looking for someone who combines platform expertise with strong program management instincts and a bias for action.

This role sits within AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery — a high-performing organization responsible for the design, construction, and operation of industry‑leading data center facilities. You will collaborate with global stakeholders including construction program managers, sourcing teams, and external software vendors to implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency on a scale.

If you're energized by building scalable solutions, enabling global teams, and driving operational excellence in an exciting environment — this role is for you.
