Job summary
Deployed Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the United States to manage multiple classified and unclassified construction projects. You will create bids, develop cost estimates, and build schedules, while coordinating procurement and logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
The role may involve leading crews on site, participating in construction activities, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Experience supporting government customers.
- Planning, design, budgeting, and hands-on construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Review IFBs, RFPs, and RFQs and respond with bids and proposals.
- Lead creation of bids, proposals, and quotes with technical experts.
- Engage customers to clarify requirements and identify solutions.
- Create cost estimates and material take-offs for projects.
- Develop project schedules and identify critical paths.
- Create Bills of Materials and coordinate procurement.
- Develop project budgets and report financial status to leadership.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and QC.
- Travel to project sites to set up scope and ensure success.
- Mentor junior PMs, engineers, and crew.
