Job summary

RGH-Global Limited is seeking Saudi nationals for mid- and senior-level roles across asset management, facilities, and engineering. You will contribute to strategic asset planning, lifecycle optimization, and the deployment of CMMS/CAFM systems.

Join a team delivering high-impact projects from smart cities to aviation hubs, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on ISO compliance, sustainability and risk management. A track record in asset-intensive industries is essential.

Qualifications

• 510 years of experience in FM, engineering, or asset-intensive industries.
• Proficiency in asset management systems (IBM Maximo, City Works, GIS).
• Experience in preventive maintenance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead small teams and manage projects.
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 in strategic asset management.
• Leadership in municipal or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in ISO compliance, lifecycle planning, and capital investment.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Chartered status or membership in IAM, CIBSE, IET preferred.
• CMMS/CAFM systems, GIS, and data analytics.
• Project Management (Primavera/MS Project).
• Sustainability, Safety, and Risk Management.
• Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Customer Focus.
