The successful candidate will oversee various large-scale projects from planning through to final delivery, employing their extensive experience in project controls and infrastructure management. This role offers a five-year residential contract focused on improving water distribution and wastewater management in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in project controls on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project planning, cost control, and risk management practices.
• Experience with the full project lifecycle: engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead project control efforts across a vast portfolio, including scheduling and cost management.
• Implement systems for accurate forecasting, budget control, and reporting.
• Manage project risks and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
