Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or expansion project management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale capital projects ($5M–$100M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction, expansion, and retrofit projects for global manufacturing sites.
• Oversee building design, MEP systems, utilities, and material flow layouts.
• Drive factory readiness milestones aligned to customer ramps and commitments.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and mitigate scope creep.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25–50%).
