Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close, ensuring IFRS or US GAAP compliance.

You’ll lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards, collaborating with multiple teams. This is a remote-eligible role with potential for manager approval depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in multinational or multi-entity environments.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting & reconciliation experience.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation; prepare consolidation journals and intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions for HQ; manage intercompany framework and reconciliations.
• Own HQ sales accounting and reconcile CIN7 transactions to GL.
• Lead month-end close; prepare journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis; provide financial commentary to leadership.
• Support ERP improvements, governance, and process automation.
• Serve as HQ contact for auditors; prepare audit schedules and remediation of findings.
