Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting (Global Consolidation) to lead the global close and consolidation process under US GAAP. You will manage 100+ entities, multiple currencies, and intercompany activity, serving as the FCCS expert and a business owner for global consolidation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with U.S. GAAP and global consolidation.
• Experience consolidating 100+ entities with multiple currencies and intercompany activity.
• Knowledge of foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, equity method investments, and noncontrolling interests.
• Strong accounting judgment and ability to resolve complex consolidation and financial reporting matters.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and global initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience coaching and developing accounting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage global close and consolidation in Oracle FCCS to deliver timely financial information.
• Own the review and reporting of equity earnings and noncontrolling interests for 50+ fund/JV investments.
• Serve as FCCS subject matter expert, overseeing consolidation requirements and reporting structures.
• Resolve complex consolidation matters in collaboration with regional teams.
• Lead analytical reviews of consolidated and regional submissions and drive issue resolution.
• Strengthen SOX controls, automate activities, and reduce manual entries.
• Build and develop accounting professionals through clear priorities and coaching.
