Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Consolidations to lead the global monthly close process, consolidate financial statements, and manage intercompany eliminations in accordance with GAAP. The role partners with Finance Reporting and Analysis, supports audits, and drives system enhancements across ERP platforms.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in accounting, 7+ years in consolidations, a CPA is preferred, and strong leadership and project-management skills are essential

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 7+ years in financial consolidations and intercompany accounting; or 5+ years with a Master’s or equivalent.
• ERP systems and financial reporting platforms experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for multiple subsidiaries.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, and reporting enhancements.
• Coordinate close process deadlines and communicate status across finance.
• Support external audits and integration efforts for acquisitions.
