Prologis is seeking a Manager, SEC Reporting in Denver to lead the preparation and review of the company’s quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related disclosures. You will collaborate with Treasury, global accounting, and external auditors to ensure accuracy under U.S.

GAAP, IFRS and SEC requirements. The role involves owning complex accounting areas like foreign currency and derivatives, driving process improvements, and supporting audits and ESG reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and CPA license are required.
• Active CPA license is required; extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS and SEC regulations.
• SOX experience and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review external consolidated financial statements, footnotes and MD&A for SEC filings.
• Review XBRL tagging and presentation within Active Disclosure.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting of global foreign currency and derivative activity.
