Job summary

A leading transformer manufacturing company in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a Senior Manager, Consolidation & Financial Reporting. This role focuses on consolidating financial results across a complex organization and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of accounting experience with a strong emphasis on financial consolidation and reporting. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong experience preparing consolidated P&L, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of all legal entities, including domestic and international operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation entries.
