Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager - Consolidations to lead the global consolidation process for a multinational, publicly traded company. The role ensures US GAAP-compliant, timely consolidated statements and coordinates with regional finance teams, tax, treasury, and auditors.

The candidate will coach and mentor the accounting team, drive process improvements, and oversee entity hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation for global subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance related positions.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within an accounting or finance environment.
• 5+ years of experience in the consolidation processes & U.S. GAAP
• Working experience in financial reporting software (e.g., Hyperion, expert level preferred-HFM, Workiva, Microsoft suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes for all entities.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations and consolidation system integrity.
• Manage the financial close process to ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams for data accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team and lead process improvements.
• Support SEC filings and statutory reporting.
