Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Workiva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany eliminations and processes companywide with brands, including intercompany profit elimination for international subsidiaries.
• Lead HFM topside JE process with journal entries and SOX controls.
• Oversee non-GAAP measures like adjusted EBITDA and lead consolidated HFM processes.
• Create and implement consolidation, equity, and international accounting controls.
• Own intercompany accounting, US GAAP adjustments for foreign locations, equity accounting, and consolidations.
• Lead accounting for international subsidiaries’ US GAAP adjustments and purchase accounting.
