Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company actively seeking a Compliance Policy, Training & Communications Lead. This role administers development and execution of the Global Compliance Policy, Training & Communications within Arthrex's RM&C Program.

Location is Naples, FL, with remote work options for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will lead online and live training, craft communications for diverse audiences, and support policy development with Legal and other functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate Legal, Compliance or Risk.
Experience in compliance policy, training and communications development.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences or biotech industry preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation, circulation and reporting of training content for Arthrex employees and third parties on compliance matters.
Develop targeted compliance communication initiatives for specific audiences and monitor related schedules.
Support internal and external compliance web development projects as needed.
Develop and maintain compliance templates, checklists, work instructions and other relevant documentation.
Handle RM&C program administration including responding to inquiries and tracking responses.
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate communication, awareness and accessibility of the compliance program.
