Job summary

Arthrex Tampa seeks a Medical Education Director to manage and supervise educational, technical, and clinical training on Arthrex products and surgical techniques for all Arthrex Tampa employees. You will organize and proctor training labs for surgeons and healthcare providers in the safe and effective use of Arthrex products.

The role involves overseeing online learning and travel coordination for health care professionals, as well as acting as the primary liaison between Arthrex Corporate

Qualifications

• Leads and develops medical education programs for Arthrex Tampa employees.
• Develops, delivers, and updates training and educational content for Arthrex products and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of medical education practices and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Represent Arthrex Tampa as a leader by consulting with surgeons and healthcare professionals on products and techniques.
• Provide Medical Education training programs on Arthrex products and procedures for employees and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee and proctor Medical Education Training labs for employees, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop, teach, and instruct training programs for Arthrex Tampa employees on products and surgical techniques.
• Manage online learning educational management system to assure 100% compliance by employees.
• Assist coordinating travel for HCPs and representatives, with record-keeping in Excel.
• Participate in continuing education on Arthrex products and procedures for training personnel.
• Build employees' confidence by being knowledgeable in the listed areas.
• Delegate and communicate goals; develop winning strategies and innovative thinking.
• Primary liaison between Arthrex Corporate Medical Education and Arthrex Tampa.
• Support compliance, protect data, and adhere to laws and company policies.
• Participate in surgical trainings and professional association meetings outside business hours.
