Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience leading security, compliance and risk programs across multiple regulatory frameworks
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and regulators

Responsibilities

• Manage global regulatory and compliance requirements, focusing on EU requirements
• Develop roadmaps and prioritization for the compliance program
• Implement and maintain compliance programs and respond to regulator/auditor requests
• Create metrics for management reporting
• Develop scaling mechanisms using automation and AI/ML tools
