In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of compliance specialists, focusing on understanding, evaluating, and driving compliance with international regulatory requirements. This will include programs like EU CRA and NIS2. The successful candidate will have experience deciphering customer needs, formulating compliance plans and roadmaps, prioritizing resources across multiple domains, and working with customers to solve complex problems. They also will have experience meeting with regulators and explaining security and compliance control implementation.
You will act as a compliance leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. You can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to help create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You can make strategic decisions to quickly handle emerging issues while working towards long term solutions.
The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable working autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment. The position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and able to prioritize effectively.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
