Job summary

Binance is seeking an Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist to support development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program. The role focuses on horizon scanning, regulatory change analysis, and narrative production with AI/GenAI tooling, while maintaining rigor and audit trails.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a regulated financial services environment, experience with EWRA, and strong data literacy to validate AI outputs and manage risk across

Qualifications

• Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
• Advanced professional risk certification preferred (e.g. CAMS-RM).
• 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services.
• 2+ years in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Experience applying AI tooling with defensible audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Apply AI/GenAI tooling for horizon scanning and regulatory analysis.
• Lead risk assessments for additional Financial Crime segments.
• Collaborate with Product, Local Entity Compliance and Central Compliance teams.
• Document and maintain control inventories and regulatory alignment.
• Embed AI-enabled techniques into EWRA workstreams with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Produce management information and MI/metrics for senior management.
• Monitor and report KRIs with actionable recommendations.
