Job summary

HP is seeking a highly experienced, strategic leader to drive the company’s Global Product Compliance function. This VP role reports to HP’s Chief Sustainability Chain Officer and oversees global compliance across the product portfolio, including PCs, Print, Software, Solutions, and Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead HP’s product compliance strategy and execution across PCs, Print & collaboration devices, Supplies, and Software/Solutions.
• Manage a global team to monitor, interpret, and report evolving regulations and identify risks.
• Build governance standards for compliance risk management and escalation protocols.
• Guide cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product lifecycles.
• Translate regulatory requirements into strategy and actionable guidance for product development.
• Advance HP’s digital transformation of compliance through tools and automation.
