Job summary

ProMach seeks an experienced Director, Global Legal Compliance to build and lead a modern global compliance program. You will partner with the GC to shape the function, manage risk, and support growth across international markets.

Focus areas include global trade compliance, privacy, ethics, and AI governance, with a flexible reporting structure during ramp-up and collaboration across legal leadership.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US state.
• 8+ years of legal experience with focus on compliance, corporate, or regulatory law in global environments.
• Strong business judgment and ability to partner with non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global trade and sanctions compliance programs and risk management.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training across anti-corruption, sanctions, and export controls.
• Manage and coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on governance documents.
