Job summary

Dover Precision Components seeks an experienced compliance professional to lead key elements of its ethics and compliance program. The role reports to the Senior Director of Compliance and focuses on US export controls, classification, licensing, investigations, and risk assessments across the global operation.

The successful candidate will coordinate training for stakeholders, support integration of newly acquired companies, and ensure adherence to ABAC and trade regulations in a multinational

Qualifications

• University degree from an accredited four‑year institution.
• 12+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance (or related function).
• Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes.
• Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of certain areas of DPC’s global ethics & compliance program including US export compliance, jurisdiction & classification analysis, and export license applications.
• Create and deploy training and job aids to support functional stakeholders.
• Lead investigations, conduct risk assessments, and develop KPIs for program effectiveness.
• Support with process transitions for newly acquired companies and with ABAC, CBP, HS/HTS, OFAC regulations, and third‑party due diligence.
