Job summary

Dover Precision Components, part of Dover Corporation, seeks an experienced compliance professional to implement and enhance the ethics and compliance program. You will work under the Senior Director of Compliance and collaborate across the company’s global operations.

The role focuses on export controls, classification analyses, licensing, risk assessments, investigations, and training. Multinational manufacturing experience is preferred and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• 12+ years of experience in ethics/compliance or related function.
• Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes.
• Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute key elements of DPC’s ethics and compliance program.
• Lead US export compliance, including EAR/ITAR requirements and licensing.
• Create training and job aids for stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments and drive mitigation projects.
• Lead or assist investigations of compliance matters.
• Conduct self-assessments to verify control effectiveness.
• Develop and track key performance indicators.
• Assist with onboarding acquired companies.
