Job summary

Dover Precision Components seeks an experienced ethics and compliance leader to manage key elements of its program. The role reports to the Senior Director of Compliance and can be based in Pawcatuck, CT; Waukesha, WI; or The Woodlands, TX.

The successful candidate will oversee export controls, classification, licensing, and training, while leading investigations and risk mitigation across a global manufacturing footprint. Fluency in English and extensive compliance background are required.

Qualifications

• University degree from an accredited four‑year institution.
• 12+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance (or related job function).
• Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes.
• Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of certain areas of DPC’s global ethics & compliance program including: US export compliance, jurisdiction & classification analysis, export licensing requirements, and license applications.
• Create and deploy training and job aids to support functional stakeholders throughout the business.
• Assist with company risk assessments and provide project management leadership for mitigation plans.
• Lead and/or assist with investigations of compliance matters.
• Conduct self-assessments to gauge controls across company sites.
• Develop and track key performance indicators.
• Assist with process transition and training for newly acquired companies.
• Support other elements of the ethics & compliance program including ABAC, CBP regulations, HS/HTS classifications, OFAC, and third party due diligence.
