Job summary

Dover Precision Components seeks a compliance-oriented professional to join our team as an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance. You will execute key elements of DPC's ethics and compliance program and support global efforts across the company.

Responsibilities include managing deployment of compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and assisting investigations while developing training materials for stakeholders worldwide.

We are Dover Precision Components, Summary: The successful

candidate, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance, will assume

an individual contributor role responsible for executing key elements of

DPC's ethics and compliance program. Responsibilities: Manage the

creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of certain areas of

DPC's global ethics & compliance program including: US export

compliance (e.g., Export Administration Regulations, International

Traffic in Arms Regulations) Jurisdiction & Classification analysis

Export licensing requirements analysis Export license applications

(e.g., agreements, exceptions, exemptions, licenses) Create and deploy

training and job aids to support functional stakeholders throughout the

business. Assist with company risk assessments and provide project

management leadership for mitigation plans. Lead and/or assist with

investigations of compliance matters. Conduct self-assessments to gauge
