Job summary

GLG in the United States is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Americas Compliance team. You will handle client interactions, propose practical solutions to complex compliance questions, and build trusted relationships with clients and business partners globally.

You will help shape policies, drive global initiatives, and lead regional projects while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in legal/compliance or client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder issues and deliver practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail in assessing nuanced compliance questions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Highly reliable, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle client calls independently, including complex inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
• Propose and execute solutions for complex client or operational issues.
• Identify workflow gaps, business needs, and potential risk areas.
• Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and best practices.
• Lead regional projects and own components of global initiatives.
• Support the development and achievement of group-level OKRs.
