Job summary

GreenLight.ai is seeking a senior leader to head its legal and compliance function in the US with international responsibilities. You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to translate complex regulations into scalable processes and product capabilities, protecting the business as it grows.

The role blends deep workforce law expertise with commercial judgment, including managing outside counsel and shaping company policy across EOR, AOR, and contractor engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce compliance framework for EOR, AOR, and contractor engagements with clear policies and audit processes.
• Oversee workforce classification assessments and guidance for clients and workers; train teams.
• Shape product features by translating regulatory requirements into classification rules and audit trails; collaborate with product/engineering on AI-enabled compliance features.
