Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher must be completed and verified prior to start.
• 7+ years of investigation experience in law enforcement, law firm, auditing firm, corporate legal department, finance, or auditing.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school is an advantage.
• Certified Fraud Examiner skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal compliance investigations from start to finish.
• Gather facts, identify applicable policies and develop investigation plans.
• Interview witnesses and concerned parties; collect and review evidence.
• Document findings concisely and defendable; identify risks and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Global Security and Audit as needed.
