Job summary

Meta in Providence, RI is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to define and scale global research programs, drive governance, and partner across Sourcing, Privacy and Legal to manage data contracts and vendor relationships.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, integrate AI into workflows, build program roadmaps, and enable the GRO team to deliver high-impact work while navigating a complex data landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management with a vendor management focus.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals on time while ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management governance and support pricing decisions and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, communicate risks, and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines for optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Work in an AI-native way, integrating AI into workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Connect with Global Research Ops to adopt new processes and share best practices.
